    -Registered Nurses                                                                                                                        top of the page
    Registered nurses (RN) implements the admission of a patient to home health service once a physician's order is received. They formulate a care plan based on each client's individual needs and physician's order. This care plan will include all disciplines of care needed to help restore the patient to optimal health. The RN then manages the care team. She provides supervisory visits for the HHAs, participates in case conferences to provide continuing updates for the patient's needs and develops a teaching plan to instruct the patient and their family regarding the disease process, plan of care, medications, and any other knowledge deficits that may exist.
     
    -Licensed Vocational Nurses                                                                                                   top of the page
    Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) implements the in-home skilled care to the patients. They are able to perform all skills allowed by the Nurse Practice Act that is governing their profession. A few examples of the skills that the LVN can provide are: wound care, IV infusions, venipuncture for collecting blood, full body assessments, teaching from the care plan formulated by the RN, pulmonary toilet procedures, gastrostomy tube feedings, foley catheter insertion and management, and any other procedures ordered by the physician.
     
    -Home Health Aides                                                                                                                         top of the page
    Home Health aides may assist the patients in all aspects of their personal care and activities of daily living. They are there to provide assistance so there are minimal interruptions in the patient's daily life. They are able to gives baths, do personal grooming tasks, give skin care to prevent breakdown related to incontinence, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping duties, and shop for the patients. Every patient has an individualized Home Health Aide Care Plan.
     
    -Respiratory Therapists                                                                                                                 top of the page
    The therapists provide the equipment and skills needed to give maximum support to a patient with pulmonary disease. We have available ventilators, liquid oxygen, pressurized oxygen, oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, nebulizers, portable oxygen containing devices, and respiratory therapist to assist the patients and their families in learning to use the devices to promote optimal comfort and effectiveness of the treatment.

    These services provide in home evaluations to determine resources for patients who need assistance further than what home health services can offer. They can help the patient find assistance with housing, food, transportation, and further assistance with personal care if necessary.
     
    -I.V. Nurses                                                                                                                                            top of the page
    The I.V. nurses provide the skilled nursing and therapy components of home IV treatment. We can administer antibiotics, blood products, chemotherapy, inotropics, pain control solutions, and total parental nutrition.
     
    -Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists                                                           top of the page
    These services includes all aspects of rehabilitation therapies, including Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We will provide a specialized plan of treatment for patients to enhance quality of life and maximize their recovery from illness or injury.
